Tai Chi Class last night by Linda Ross, Instructor was wonderful. Linda has such a wide breath of knowledge and skill in Tai Chi. She includes exercises in Spinal Qi Gong, which is an excellent support for overall health. We also completed a full set of Shibashi 1 and 2, which is a real workout! It's very slow and graceful movements, however very powerful. Still feeling muscles we never knew we had, as we awaken this morning. Join us! See you next Thursday, April 23, 2015.
